Fit & Strong
Coach-led strength, conditioning and recovery in the heart of the Warehouse District. Twenty-five classes a week, seven programmes, and a plan written for the body you actually have.

Why Fitnex
We built Fitnex for people who want to get strong and stay uninjured doing it. That means real programming, honest feedback and a room small enough that somebody notices when you are not quite right.
A qualified coach on the floor for every session — no headphones-and-guesswork training.
Twelve-week blocks with planned deloads, so the numbers move instead of plateauing.
Infrared sauna, cold plunge and guided mobility are part of the plan, not an afterthought.
Eight lifters per class means your name is known and your form is actually corrected.

The Fitnex method
No random workouts. Every member is taken through the same three-step system that has kept our attrition rate under four percent a year.
A 60-minute movement screen and goal conversation. We find out what you can do today before we touch a barbell.
Your coach writes a 12-week block around your schedule, your level and the things you enjoy doing.
Quarterly testing, fortnightly check-ins and a spreadsheet you can actually read. Then we start again.
Class schedule
Twenty-five coach-led sessions a week. Spots are live — the low numbers on the high-intensity classes go first.
